Patsy Belle (Dowling) Gouldner, 83, of Lock Haven, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, at UPMC Williamsport Hospital.
Born April 28, 1941 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Raymond L. and Edna K. (Dapp) Dowling.
She was married to William Gouldner who survives.
Her first husband, Charles T. "Mike" Shilling, died in 1998.
Patsy worked for Woolrich as a seamstress.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Michael Shilling, of Lock Haven, and Matt Shilling, of New Orleans, La.; three daughters, Sherry Zimmerman, of Lock Haven, Wendy Gavlock, of Bellefonte, and Jennifer Shilling, of Philadelphia; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and another expected in December; and a brother, Raymond Dowling.
Patsy was preceded in death by four sisters, Emmeline Frye, Dody Briening, Sissy Karstetter and Mary Sherman.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
Private burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Lock Haven.
