MAGUIRE -- Jeff Maguire, 66, died Nov. 29, 2024. A Life Celebration will be held today, from 3-7 p.m., at Restless Oaks Restaurant in McElhattan. Family and friends are invited to an informal gathering to share good food and great memories of Jeff. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park at the family's convenience.
LAMEY -- Michael Lamey, 34, of Loganton, died Nov. 28, 2024. Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, 2305 E. Winter Road, Loganton. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m.
ALTERS -- Sara N. "Sally" Alters, 90, formerly of Bellefonte, died Nov. 20, 2024. Family and friends will be received for visitation on Friday, Dec. 6, from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6 p.m. at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, Pa. Sally will be laid to rest beside her husband at Fairview Cemetery in Millheim, Centre County, Pa.
BAIR -- Vera Louise (Moyer) Bair, formerly of Rebersburg, died Nov. 22, 2024. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at the Miles Township firehall in Rebersburg. The Celebration of Life service will follow.
SWEELEY -- Zetta Y. Sweeley, 87, of Mill Hall, died Nov. 28, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m.
BEST -- Sharon L. Best, 80, of Lock Haven, died Nov. 22, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., in the Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church, 111 Main St., Mill Hall, Pa. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery at the family's convenience.

BRESSLER -- James A. Bressler, 52, of Spring Mills, died Nov. 10, 2024. A Celebration of Life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
MITCHELL -- Garrett Cochran Mitchell, Jr., 102, of State College, and formerly of Lock Haven, died Nov. 14, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Village at Penn State Community Room at a later date that will be announced.
