ALTERS -- Sara N. "Sally" Alters, 90, formerly of Bellefonte, died Nov. 20, 2024. Family and friends will be received for visitation today from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6 p.m. at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, Pa. Sally will be laid to rest beside her husband at Fairview Cemetery in Millheim, Centre County, Pa.

ROONEY -- Patricia "Patty" Marie Rooney, 78, of Jersey Shore, died Nov. 26, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m., at the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home in Jersey Shore.
SWEELEY -- Zetta Y. Sweeley, 87, of Mill Hall, died Nov. 28, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m.
BEST -- Sharon L. Best, 80, of Lock Haven, died Nov. 22, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., in the Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church, 111 Main St., Mill Hall, Pa. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery at the family's convenience.
