BRUMGARD -- Connie L. Brumgard died Dec. 5, 2024. Funeral services will be held today at 10 a.m. at the Singer-Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St., Howard. Interment will be in the Zion Cemetery.
MILLER -- James I. Miller, 92, of Hobson St., Mill Hall, died Dec. 9, 2024. Services will be held today at 11 a.m. in the Gedon Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC, 320 Main St., Mill Hall, Pa. Interment will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home one hour prior to services.
HOSTERMAN -- Nancy Jane Hosterman, 88, of Spring Mills, died Dec. 8, 2024. Family and friends will be received on Friday, Dec. 13, from 11 a.m. to noon, at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home in Millheim. The funeral service will follow, beginning at 12 p.m. Nancy will be laid to rest in Heckman Cemetery, rural Spring Mills, Pa.
BEST -- Sharon L. Best, 80, of Lock Haven, died Nov. 22, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., in the Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church, 111 Main St., Mill Hall, Pa. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery at the family's convenience.
MITCHELL -- Garrett Cochran Mitchell, Jr., 102, of State College, and formerly of Lock Haven, died Nov. 14, 2024. Memorial service and Celebration of Life for Garrett (Mitch) will be held on Saturday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m., in the community room at the Village at Penn State. A welcoming visitation with family and friends will begin at 1 p.m., with a time for fellowship and refreshments following the service. We look forward to seeing you and sharing stories about Mitch. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery in Williamsport, Pa.
