GUNDLACH -- Frederick Joel Gundlach, Sr., 65, of Beech Creek, died Dec. 12, 2024. A funeral service will be held today at 6 p.m. at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Private inurnment will be at Hayes Fearon Bossert Cemetery, Beech Creek. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home today from 3 p.m. until the time of the service.
JONES -- Elinor N. Jones (Nicholas), 97, of Centre Hall, died Dec. 11, 2024. A viewing will be held today from 10-11 a.m. at the St. John's Union Church in Farmers Mills. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m.
SPRING -- Thomas Leslie Spring, 86, died Dec. 13, 2024. A viewing and funeral service will be held today at 11 a.m. at Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home one hour prior to services.
ALLEN -- Ronald L. "Ron" Allen, 75, of Wellsboro, formerly of Jersey Shore, died Dec. 13, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., at Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore. Family and friends will be received at a public viewing from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in the Woodward Township Cemetery in Linden, Pa.
BEST -- Sharon L. Best, 80, of Lock Haven, died Nov. 22, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., in the Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church, 111 Main St., Mill Hall, Pa. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery at the family's convenience.
GUTHRIE -- Douglas W. Guthrie, 70, of Jersey Shore, died Dec. 10, 2024. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., in the Jersey Shore Cemetery with full military honors conducted by the Jersey Shore Honor Guard.
SHADLE -- Audrey L. (Merryman) Shadle, 78, of McElhattan, died on Dec. 12, 2024. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Audrey's life and legacy on Sunday, Dec. 22, from 1-5 p.m., at Wayne Township Fire Co., 317 Linnwood Dr., McElhattan, Pa. The family asks for casual dress, bring a covered dish and to share memories.
