Sandra K. (Conklin) Heverly, 68, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2025.
She was born in Lock Haven on Oct. 1, 1956, the daughter of the late Don and Helen Conklin.
She married Paul Heverly, who preceded her in death in 2011 after sharing 25 years of marriage.
Surviving are a son, Kyle Heverly and his wife, Danielle, of Camp Hill; six grandchildren, Andre, Jayton, Marissa, Jacobe, Ellie and Kirsten; two sisters, Connie Yorks (David Fetzer) and Esther Barner (Terry); and four brothers, Richard (Jacqui), Donald (Deb), William "Bill" (Sylvia) and James "Jim" Conklin (Eli Byler).
Sandy graduated from Lock Haven High School and retired after 30 years as a prison nurse.
She was a member of Water Street Evangelical Church.
Sandy enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
