Deborah A. (Bush) Clary
Deborah A. (Bush) Clary, 70, of W. Renovo, passed away in her home on Monday, Feb. 17, 2025.
She was born May 24, 1954 in Wilmington, Del., a daughter of the late Frank E. and Marie Rose (D’Antonio) Bush.
Deborah was married to Truman J. Clary who died Jan. 15, 2018. They shared 40 years of marriage together.
She worked as an administrative assistant for Lincoln University in Oxford, Pa., for 13 years and was a former legislative aide to the Senate Majority Leader for seven years. She was also a clerical substitute for Keystone Central School District.
Deborah was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America and served on parish council.
She enjoyed baking, cooking, playing board games with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events and going out to dinner with friends.
Deborah was a member of the Red Hat Society, Renovo Women’s Club, Bucktail Band Boosters and the Greater Renovo Heritage Park.
Surviving are a son, Jeffrey (Amy) Clary, of Coudersport; and four grandchildren, Tucker, Scarlett, Fiona and McCoy.
She is survived by two brothers, Frank (Diane) Bush, of West Grove, and Jeff (Elaine) Bush, of Lansdale, and several nieces and nephews.
Deborah was preceded in death by a sister, Denise Bush.
The funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 925 Huron Ave., Renovo, with Deacon Dan Heiser officiating.
Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Greater Renovo Heritage Park, 530 Erie Ave., Renovo, PA 17764 or to the Bucktail Girls Booster Club, 1300 Bucktail Ave., Renovo, PA 17764, which will be equally distributed among all Bucktail Booster Clubs.
