Dorothy M. Casbeer, 94, of Jersey Shore, passed away Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 at her home.
Born Jan. 20, 1931 in Elkland, she was the daughter to Roy Freberg and the former Doris Neal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon F. Casbeer on April 18, 1922.
She was devoted to her family and being a homemaker.
Dorothy is survived by two daughters, Cindy J. Bertoli, of Mount Holly Springs, Pa. and Lori A. (William) DiMattia, of Renovo; a son, David G. (Sherry) Casbeer, of Linden; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She will be laid to rest in the Jersey Shore Cemetery next to her husband at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
