HANLON — Staff Sgt. William “Bill” Francis Hanlon, 78, of Beech Creek, died Wednesday, March 12, 2025. A Graveside Service will be held today at 10 a.m. at Highland Cemetery, 6 Akeley Lane, Lock Haven. Please wear your most colorful apparel.

STABLEY — Carol A. (Bennett) Stabley, 89, of Montoursville, died March 14, 2025. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21, at noon, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville. Burial will follow at Montoursville Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. until noon on Friday at the funeral home.

NICK — Earl Raymond Nick, 87, of Jersey Shore, died March 5, 2025. A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Smethport, Pa., on Sunday, March 23, from 1-3 p.m.

PROBST — Clyde L. Probst, 89, of Lake Jackson, Texas, formerly of Williamsport, died March 14, 2025. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, March 23, at 3 p.m., at Wings of Love Community Church, 699 Southmont Ave., South Williamsport, Pa. Burial will take place at the family’s convenience in Swissdale Cemetery, Lock Haven.

RIPPEY — Trent Allen Rippey, 69, of Ft. Pierce, Fla., died March 4, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, March 25, at 1 p.m., in the Lounge at Spanish Lakes Country Club, 12 Las Casitas, Ft. Pierce, Fla. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, April 12, from 3-6 p.m., at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa.

RAINEY — Delores C. Rainey, 80, died Jan. 17, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on April 26 at Lighthouse Wesleyan Church, 220 High St., Jersey Shore, Pa.

KERSTETTER — Rosemary Kerstetter, 79, of Bellefonte, died March 10, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the farm, 3763 Brush Valley Road, Spring Mills, Pa. Burial services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

WILSON — June R. (Bierly) Wilson, 98, died Feb. 26, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on May 17, at 2 p.m., at the Centre Hall Lions Club, 153 E. Church St., Centre Hall, Pa. A private inurnment will be held earlier that day for the immediate family.

BATSCHELET — Lucresia A. Batschelet, 85, of Lock Haven, died March 9, 2025. A memorial service will be held on June 7, at 11 a.m., at the Dunnstown United Methodist Church, 59 Church St., Lock Haven. Family and friends are invited to join in a time of fellowship and refreshment immediately following the service.

BRININGER — Connie A. (Coder) Brininger, 74, of Snydertown, died Jan. 22, 2025. Her husband, James Brininger, 75, died on March 5, 2025. A Life Celebration for both Connie and James will be held at the Nittany Valley Fire Hall, 5101 Nittany Valley Dr., Lamar, on June 28, 2025, starting at 3 p.m.

STOCUM — Quentin Stocum died Feb. 5, 2025. A tentative date for a Celebration of Life and garden party in Salona is set for Sunday afternoon, June 29.

MacAFEE — Norman H. MacAfee, Jr., 86, of Westport, died Feb. 10, 2025. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

PATRICK — Albert J. Patrick, Jr., 79, of Mill Hall, died Feb. 10, 2025. A gathering of family and friends will be announced and held at a later date.

RYAN — David Todd Ryan, 64, died Feb. 21, 2025, in Leesburg, Fla. Memorial services will be held at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in The Villages, Fla., as well as a Celebration of Life in Lock Haven at a later date.

NOVOSEL — Lois Novosel died on Feb. 22, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held in the fall with inurnment at Jacksonville Cemetery, Bellefonte.
