Remake Learning Days: Habitat Hike
LITTLE PINE -- On Friday, May 23, at Little Pine State Park, at 3:30 p.m., join the Environmental Education Specialist for a "Remake Learning Days: Habitat Hike" on the Buttonball Trail to explore some different habitats.
Plant and animal species and habitat are among the topics that are going to be discussed. This is designed to be an informal program.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.
The program may be modified or cancelled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet at amphitheater.

HYNER -- On Friday, May 23, at 7:30 p.m., at Hyner Run State Park, join the Environmental Education Specialist for a "Remake Learning Days: Habitat Hike" on the Hyner Run Nature Trail to explore some different habitats.

Salamander Safari
LITTLE PINE -- On Saturday, May 24, at 3:30 p.m., at Little Pine State Park, join the Environmental Education Specialist to search for salamanders beside Love Run and learn why they are an important part to the environment in a "Salamander Safari."
Participants should bring pool shoes or other shoes that can get wet. All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.
The Program may be modified or cancelled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet near Pavilion #3.
Evening Birding
LITTLE PINE -- On Saturday, May 24, at 8 p.m., at Little Pine State Park, join the naturalist for some "Evening Birding" on the Lake Shore Trail. Topics will include the different birds that live at Little Pine and also how to identify them.
A limited number of binoculars will be on hand. Please bring any other birding gear if desired.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.
The program may be modified or cancelled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet at the beginning of the Lake Shore Trail -- kiosk at dam.
Salamanders
HYNER -- On Sunday, May 25, at 3:30 p.m., at Hyner Run State Park, join the Environmental Education Specialist by the pool to learn about "Salamanders" and why they are important to the ecosystem.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.
The program may be modified or cancelled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet by the pool.
