BROOKS — Patricia “Patsy” (Fenstermaker) Brooks, 84, died July 12, 2025. A Celebration of Patsy’s Life will be held at 11 a.m. today at Calvary Baptist Church, 315 Thompson St., Jersey Shore. Family and friends are invited to attend a public viewing from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church on Friday. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery, Avis.

MUTHLER — Frederick B. Muthler, 92, formerly of Avis and Mackeyville, died July 15, 2025. The funeral service will be held today at 3:30 p.m. at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Lamar.

DERR — Betty A. (Wagner, Heltman) Derr, 92, died July 12, 2025. A viewing will be held today from 10-11 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. Burial will be private at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.

CONWAY — Gregory P. Conway, Sr., 66, of Loganton, died July 15, 2025. A funeral service will be held today at 6 p.m. at the Sugar Valley Community Volunteer Fire Company, 24 W. Anthony St., Loganton. Family and friends will be received at the fire station from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.

SEMENTELLI — Blaine M. Sementelli, 21, of Mill Hall, died June 8, 2025. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, July 19, from 5:30-7 p.m., at Tri County Church, 205 Main St., Mill Hall, Pa.

WINTERS — Theresa R. Winters, 68, of Jersey Shore, died July 12, 2025. A visitation will be held at 12 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m.

SCHROPE — Charles W. “Skip” Schrope, Sr., 92, of Bellefonte, died Saturday, June 21, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 25, at 11 a.m., at Trinity United Methodist Church in Bellefonte.

KLINE — Daniel Edward Kline, 50, of Vancouver, Wash., passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 6, 2025. Friends may visit from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26, at Frederick Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. Memorial services will then be held at 11 a.m. Following the service, all are welcome to join the family for food and fellowship at First United Methodist Church, 234 Main St., Jersey Shore.

ZELLERS — Meriam A. Zellers, 92, died May 20, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Tylersville Community Cemetery. A luncheon following services will be at the Gamble Mill Restaurant in Bellefonte, Pa.

DUNLAP — Randall D. Dunlap, 83, of Swissdale, died June 27, 2025. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Dunnstown Fire Hall on Saturday, Aug. 23, beginning at 11 a.m. Bring your favorite story or memory to share!

NOVOSEL — Lois Novosel died on Feb. 22, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held in the fall with inurnment at Jacksonville Cemetery, Bellefonte.
