DEITRICH — Martha B. Dietrich died July 23, 2025. A public viewing will be held today from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 145 W. Linn St., Bellefonte. Funeral services will begin at noon at the church. Burial services will follow at Hublersburg Cemetery.

BIERLY — Ralph E. “Butch” Bierly, 79, of Jersey Shore, died July 18, 2025. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.

WINTER — Franklin D. “Frank” Winter, 86, of Millheim, died July 20, 2025. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 30, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home in Millheim, Pa. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Frank will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery.

LEACH — Richard C. “Rich” Leach, Jr., 74, of North Kingstown, R.I., died July 19, 2025. A visitation will be held in the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home of Patrick Quinn Funerals and Cremations, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, R.I., on Saturday, Aug. 2, from 2-4 p.m.

BAKER — Randy Scott Baker died July 16, 2025. A memorial dedicated to Randy and his love of art, gaming and rock and roll will be held on Sunday, Aug. 3, from 2-5 p.m., at Haywood’s on the Green, upstairs banquet room, 43 Fairway Drive, Mill Hall, Pa.

ZELLERS — Meriam A. Zellers, 92, died May 20, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Tylersville Community Cemetery. A luncheon following services will be at the Gamble Mill Restaurant in Bellefonte, Pa.

DUNLAP — Randall D. Dunlap, 83, of Swissdale, died June 27, 2025. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Dunnstown Fire Hall on Saturday, Aug. 23, beginning at 11 a.m. Bring your favorite story or memory to share!

NOVOSEL — Lois Novosel died on Feb. 22, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held in the fall with inurnment at Jacksonville Cemetery, Bellefonte.

REEDER — Shirley J. Reeder, 85, of Lock Haven, died June 20, 2025. A graveside memorial service at Cedar Hill Cemetery will be announced at a later date.

BOWMAN — Dean L. Bowman, Jr., 72, of Mill Hall, died June 24, 2025. A Celebration of Life service is being planned and will be announced.

MCCOMBS — Brian E. McCombs, 57, died in Okinawa, Japan, on July 6, 2025. Services will be announced later by Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Flemington, Pa.

HARRIS — Mary E. Harris, 85, died July 21, 2025. Services are being planned and will be announced at a later date by Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home in Jersey Shore.
