Mary E. Harris

Mary E. Harris, 85, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025, at Edenbrook North, Williamsport.

Born April 6, 1940, in Curwensville, Pa., she was a daughter to the late Amos Hess and the former Ruth Johnston.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Harris.

She is survived by two sons, Matthew D. Harris, of McElhattan, and Donald L. Harris, of Bellefonte; her daughters, Cheryl R. (Briton) Orndorf, of Dunnstown, and Kathy J. (Karl) Wolfe, of McElhattan; a brother, James; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation at www.parkinson.org.
