LYON — Edward “Ted” Lyon, 90, of Antes Fort, died Aug. 4, 2025. A celebration of Ted’s life will be held today at 12 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, 462 Mulberry St., Williamsport. Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the church.

COLE — Donald Edward Cole, Jr., 54, of Lock Haven, died Aug. 26, 2025. A memorial service will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Family and friends will be received from noon until the time of the service.

MERRILL — Beverly J. Merrill, 74, of Lock Haven, died Aug. 29, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 11 a.m., at Jersey Shore Cemetery, 1103 Locust St., Jersey Shore, Pa.

GARNER — Marilyn Rae (Confair) Garner, 75, died Aug. 30, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Sept. 5, from 6-9 p.m., at the Jersey Shore Elks Lodge #1057. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life beautifully lived.

FAUSEY — Gary A. Fausey Sr., 59, of Jersey Shore, died Sept. 1, 2025. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, from 4 to 6 p.m., at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore.

COOVER — Nina M. Coover, 28, of Los Angeles, Calif., and formerly of Renovo, died July 9, 2025, along with her unborn son, Elias Daniel Coover. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 6-9 p.m., at the Chapman Township fire hall.

McKINNEY — Darlene Fern McKinney, 86, formerly of Kephart Plaza, died July 27, 2025. A memorial Mass will be held on Sept. 18 at 11 a.m., at St. Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven. Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery, Lock Haven.

HOLLADAY — Anne E. Holladay, of Woolrich, died Aug. 26, 2025. Memorial services will be held on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Great Island Presbyterian Church, 12 W. Water St., Lock Haven, Pa. Family and friends will be received from 9:30-11 a.m. at the church.

HANLEY — Gaylord L. Hanley, Sr., 81, of Beech Creek, died July 24, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sept. 21, from 2-4 p.m., at the Beech Creek Fire Social Hall. All are welcome to come and share memories.

NOVOSEL — Lois Novosel died on Feb. 22, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held in the fall with inurnment at Jacksonville Cemetery, Bellefonte.
