DALE — Lois L. (Auman) Dale, 91, formerly of Rebersburg, died Sept. 7, 2025. Her husband, Gordon Y. “Gordy” Dale, Sr., passed away on Nov. 21, 2024. A public visitation for family and friends will be held this afternoon from 1-2 p.m. at the Barbara Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Centre Hall. Military honors for Gordon will be afforded by the Air Force Honor Guard at 2 p.m. The couple will be privately laid to rest together at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Lock Haven, Pa.

HANLEY — Gaylord L. Hanley, Sr., 81, of Beech Creek, died July 24, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 21, from 2-4 p.m., at the Beech Creek Fire Social Hall. All are welcome to come and share memories.

GLADFELTER — Alisha M. Gladfelter, 40, of Baltimore, Md., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 11 a.m., at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Clarence, Pa.

GENTZEL — Megan Grace Gentzel, 35, of Lock Haven, died July 17, 2025. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 11 a.m., at the Loganton Wesleyan Church, 4972 Long Run Road, Loganton.

McCLUSCIK — Anthony S. McCluscik, 70, of Snow Shoe, died Sept. 9, 2025. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Snow Shoe. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Snow Shoe.

HAYES — Daniel Hayes, 77, of Lock Haven, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, Oct. 18, at 11 a.m., at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, with a luncheon immediately following.

SMITH — Gerald Hosterman Smith, formerly of Aaronsburg, died Sept. 3, 2025, at The Oaks in Pleasant Gap, Pa. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Oaks in Pleasant Gap, 200 Rachel Drive, on Sunday, Oct. 19, at 2:30 p.m. Gerald will be laid to rest in a private ceremony with military honors in Fairview Cemetery in Millheim.

NOVOSEL — Lois Novosel died on Feb. 22, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held in the fall with inurnment at Jacksonville Cemetery, Bellefonte.
