WILLIAMS — Tim Scott Williams, 41, of Pittsburgh, died Oct. 7, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23, at 2 p.m., at Trinity United Methodist Church, 128 W. Howard St., Bellefonte, Pa. Burial will be private at the family’s convenience.

TROSTLE — David Wayne “Dave” Trostle, 66, of Milton, died peacefully on Oct. 11, 2025. BROWN — Betty F. Brown, 98, of Jersey Shore, died Oct. 14, 2025. A visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 1 p.m., at the Avis United Methodist Church, 215 Prospect Ave., Avis. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park at a later date.

BOWER — Ruthann Bower, 71, passed away peacefully on Oct. 1, 2025. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ruthann’s life at a memorial service to be held Saturday, Oct. 25, at Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m., with the memorial service beginning at 3 p.m.

BOTTORF — Harry W. Bottorf, 58, of Castanea, died Oct. 9, 2025. A public Celebration of Life will be held on Nov. 1 at 11 a.m. at the Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Mill Hall.
