SMITH — Leon James “Jim” Smith, 84, of Millheim, died Oct. 16, 2025. A celebration of his life will be held on Nov. 1, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Penns Valley Church at 117 Penn Street in Millheim.

BOTTORF — Harry W. Bottorf, 58, of Castanea, died Oct. 9, 2025. A public Celebration of Life will be held on Nov. 1 at 11 a.m. at the Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Mill Hall.

CARR — Duane E. Carr, Sr., 75, of Loganton, died Oct. 13, 2025. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m., at Kingdom of Life Ministries, 129 Park Ave., Lock Haven, Pa.
