CHAPPELLE — Patricia L. Chappelle, 77, of Lock Haven, died Nov. 2, 2025. Family and friends will be received from 10-10:45 a.m. today at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. A funeral service will be held today at 11 a.m., at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, Pa. Private interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery, Lock Haven.

CASHNER — Susan R. Cashner, 70, of Lock Haven, died Oct. 27, 2025. Visitation will be held today at 9:30 a.m. at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, Pa. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven, Pa.

WISE — Charles “Randy” Wise, 74, of Castanea, died Nov. 1, 2025. A public viewing will be held today from 2-4 p.m. at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, Pa. Interment will be at a later date at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa.

KNIGHT — Bernice A. Knight, of Mill Hall, died Nov. 2, 2025. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at St. Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, Pa. Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery.

MOLTZ — Roberta J. “Pat” Moltz, 86, of Jersey Shore, died Nov. 3, 2025. A visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, with the funeral service beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.

ILGEN — Teresa Diane Ilgen, 64, of Tylersville, died Nov. 2, 2025. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Helt Funeral Chapel in Mill Hall, Pa. Family and friends will be received from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.

SOHMER — Kenneth M. Sohmer, 93, of Lock Haven, died Nov. 3, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 11 a.m., at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 47 Rest Haven Drive, Lock Haven, Pa. Following the service, a lunch will be served at the Sons of Italy in Lock Haven.

CARR — Duane E. Carr, Sr., 75, of Loganton, died Oct. 13, 2025. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m., at Kingdom of Life Ministries, 129 Park Ave., Lock Haven, Pa.
