MANN — Janet R. Mann, 94, of Mill Hall passed away Jan. 18, 2026. Funeral services will be held today at 12 noon at the Cedar Heights Brethren in Christ Church, 37 Cedar Heights, Mill Hall, with Pastor Scott Garman officiating. Friends and family will be received in the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.

SMITH — Garry A. Smith, 84, of Milan, Pa., died Jan. 17, 2026. Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m. in the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc., 95 E. Main St., Loganton.

GROVE — Nevin L. Grove, Sr., 94, of Bellefonte, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2026. Friends and family will be received on Friday, Jan. 23, from 10 to 11 a.m., at Wetzler Funeral Home Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m.

KULP — Patti Sioux Kulp died Jan. 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service to celebrate Patti’s life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 24, at 10 a.m., at the Loganton Wesleyan Church, 4972 Long Run Road, Loganton, Pa.
