Connie Reeder

Connie Reeder, 85, of Lock Haven, passed away Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital.

Born Dec. 17, 1940 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ruth Packer Russell.

On June 20, 1959 at the Flemington United Methodist Church, Connie married Allen D. Reeder, Sr., who survives.

Connie was employed at the Bloomsburg Silk Mill in Lock Haven before serving many years in the school cafeterias for Keystone Central School District until her retirement.

She enjoyed creating crafts ­ especially crocheting and canvas crafting. Connie loved her several bus and train trips she took with her husband and friends to many destinations throughout the United States. She also enjoyed her time camping in Haneyville.

In addition to her husband, Allen, she is survived by two sons, Allen D. (Lisa) Reeder, Jr. of Avis and Kenneth E. (Terri) Reeder of Bellefonte; three sisters, Harriet (Larry) Phillips, Barbara Winners and Joy Ferrara; five grandchildren, Cory Reeder, Meghan Kleckner, Brandon Reeder, Jessica Askey and Kenny Reeder; and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by a sister, Darla Slenker.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026 at 1 p.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. 17745.

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home for a time of viewing on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Private burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.
