Donna K. (Wenker) Walker

Donna K. (Wenker) Walker, of Jersey Shore, Pa., passed away peacefully at home with her children by her side, early Sunday morning, Feb. 22, 2026. She was born June 3, 1948, in Lock Haven to the late Clair and Mary Wenker.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Walker, of Jersey Shore; her son, Stephen (Traci) Walker, a native of Jersey Shore, currently serving in the US Army at Fort Hood, Texas; and her beloved grandchildren, Elijah, LeAnn and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Walker; and her brother, Richard (Judith) Wenker.

After graduating from Lock Haven High School in 1966, Donna began building what would become a life marked by faith, service and deep devotion to family and church. She married the love of her life, Donald “Oz,” and together they built a home grounded in Christian faith and steadfast love.

A devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church, Donna faithfully served as church secretary for many years. She also loved singing in the church choir. She considered her church community extended family, and she cherished the many friendships she built over the years. Her faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life, guiding her words, work and love for others.

Donna was known for her energetic spirit — a true “worker bee” in whatever she set her mind to. She carried a spicy personality that often delivered a perfectly timed, snarky yet loving comment that left others smiling. Above all, she was a loving and devoted mother who supported her family in every way.

Visitation for Donna will be Wednesday, Feb 25 at 6 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 315 Thompson St., Jersey Shore, PA. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, Feb 26 at 10 a.m.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, PA.
