Military honors will be afforded. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service. A Celebration of Life will be held later for family and friends in Oswego, N.Y.

MONKS -- Elzner Claire Monks, 83, of Jersey Shore, Pa., died Jan. 30, 2026. Elzner loved a good party, and the family will be having a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 25, from 12-4 p.m., at the Moose in Jersey Shore. In his honor, we will be having Karaoke.

McCUNE -- Paul O. McCune, 98, of Wellsboro, and formerly of Mill Hall, Pa., died Jan. 22, 2026. A memorial graveside service will be held on June 3, 2026, at 1 p.m., at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.
