FLUCK — Charles L. “Roy” Fluck, 91, of Avis, died Feb. 16, 2026. Family and friends may call from 10-11 a.m. today at Mountain View Alliance, 1515 Cemetery St., Jersey Shore. A Celebration of Life service will be held beginning at 11 a.m.

HUNTER — Charles Earl Hunter, Jr., 73, of Lock Haven, died Feb. 14, 2026. Family and friends will gather this afternoon from 4-6 p.m. at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa.

JONES — Frank E. Jones, 87, of Lock Haven, died Feb. 7, 2026. A memorial service will be held today at 1 p.m. at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. Military honors will be afforded. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service. A Celebration of Life will be held later for family and friends in Oswego, N.Y.

MILLER — Rita A. Miller, 81, died Jan. 22, 2026. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Rita’s life at a viewing today at the Gedon Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, Pa.. The family will welcome visitors between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

FETTEROLF — Janet Fetterolf, 93, of Bellefonte, died Feb. 18, 2026. A public viewing will be Monday, Feb. 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wetzler Funeral Home Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at the funeral home. An additional viewing will take place from 10 a.m. until the service.

DUCK — Sandra Kay Duck, 87, of Mill Hall, died Feb. 19, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 24 at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington. Friends and family will be received from 12 p.m. until the time of service.

BERFIELD — James A. Berfield, 91, of Castanea, died Feb. 15, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, Pa. Family and friends may call on Tuesday at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.

SHOUDY — Richard W. “Rick” Shoudy, 73, of Greenburr, died Feb. 18, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 1 p.m., at the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Emanuel Reformed Cemetery, Greenburr, Pa.

ROGERS — Robert C. “Fat” Rogers, Sr., 89, of Lock Haven, died Feb. 17, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 25 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

STROUSE — Millie Strouse, 74, of Monument, died Feb. 16, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on April 26 at Friendship Community Center, 127 Main St., Beech Creek. All family and friends are welcome.

MEEKINS — Ronald H. “Ron” Meekins, 89, died Dec. 27, 2025. A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Salladasburg United Methodist Church, with visitation from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

MONKS — Elzner Claire Monks, 83, of Jersey Shore, Pa., died Jan. 30, 2026. Elzner loved a good party, and the family will be having a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 25, from 12-4 p.m., at the Moose in Jersey Shore. In his honor, the family will be having Karaoke.

McCUNE — Paul O. McCune, 98, of Wellsboro, and formerly of Mill Hall, Pa., died Jan. 22, 2026. A memorial graveside service will be held on June 3, 2026, at 1 p.m., at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.
