LYON -- Marshall Ray Lyon, 85, of Lock Haven, died March 7, 2026. A gathering of family and friends will be held today from 10 a.m. until noon at the Gedon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven.
MEEKINS -- Ronald H. "Ron" Meekins, 89, died Dec. 27, 2025. A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Salladasburg United Methodist Church, with visitation from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
COURSEN -- Donna June Coursen, 81, died March 9, 2026. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, March 19, from 4-6 p.m., at the Grace United Methodist Church in Centre Hall. A Celebration of Life service follows, beginning at 6 p.m., at the church.
MONKS -- Elzner Claire Monks, 83, of Jersey Shore, Pa., died Jan. 30, 2026. Elzner loved a good party, and the family will be having a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 25, from 12-4 p.m., at the Moose in Jersey Shore. In his honor, the family will be having Karaoke.
STROUSE -- Millie Strouse, 74, of Monument, died Feb. 16, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, at Friendship Community Center, 127 Main St., Beech Creek. All family and friends are welcome.
SCHARDER -- Carl "Neil" Scharder, 83, of Lock Haven, died March 6, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Scharder Farm in Caldwell on May 16, from 1-5 p.m. Please share a story and a beverage with the family. The dress code is casual.
McCUNE -- Paul O. McCune, 98, of Wellsboro, and formerly of Mill Hall, Pa., died Jan. 22, 2026. A memorial graveside service will be held on June 3, 2026, at 1 p.m., at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.
