MARY CLINE
Mary Lisbeth Cline, 90, of Woolrich, Pa, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026 at Eagle Ridge Personal Care Home after a brief illness.
Mary was born in Jersey Shore, Pa to Leroy R. Heverly and Cora Ellen (Bower) Heverly on Dec. 15, 1935. She attended Jersey Shore High School and graduated in 1953. She went on to earn her RN degree from Geisinger Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and practiced nursing at Jersey Shore Hospital. She was married May 17, 1958 to Richard A. Cline of Woolrich, Pa. She enjoyed sewing, counted cross stitch and needlepoint, flower gardening and caring for her pet cats. Mary became a proud member of the Fort Antes Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Rebecca E. Cline of Woolrich, a granddaughter, Lori B. (Samuel) Zehr of Greenbelt, Md, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Richard and 5 siblings: Donald Heverly, Richard Heverly, Byron Heverly, Martha (Harold) McGill and Ruth (Lee) Overdorf.
To honor Mary’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Internment will be at the Jersey Shore Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
