Carlyn K. ‘Kay’ Walker

Carlyn K. “Kay” Walker, 81, of Lock Haven, passed away at home on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

Born Dec. 15, 1944, in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Esther (Walker) Walker.

Kay worked in Laundry and housekeeping at the former Lock Haven Hospital.

She was a graduate of Lock Haven High School.

Kay enjoyed baking, Bingo, puzzles and reading The Express.

Surviving are a brother Perry Walker, of Mill Hall, and 77 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Guy and a sister, Martha Sellinger. Also, a niece, Madelyn and a nephew, Jimmy.

The funeral service will be held at noon on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Chaplain Mark A. Beard officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery near Howard.
