GARDNER — Caroline May (Hollobaugh) Gardner, 95, of Pleasant Gap, died April 9, 2026. A viewing will be held today from 9-11 a.m. at the Pleasant Gap United Methodist Church, 179 S. Main St., Pleasant Gap, Pa. The funeral service will follow, beginning at 11 a.m. A graveside service will immediately follow at the Zion Union Cemetery, (Centre County), Pa.

MILLER — Robert L. “Bob” Miller, 77, of Dubois, and formerly of Howard, died April 5, 2026. A public graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 18, at 1 p.m., at the Highland Cemetery, 129 Highland Drive, Howard, Pa.

HERNIMAN — Owen L. Herniman, Jr., 84, died April 8, 2026. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 18, at 2 p.m., at Haky Georgiana Centre County Funeral Home, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, State College, Pa.

PROBST — Linda Louise Ingerick Probst, 77, of Avis, died April 14, 2026. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held on Saturday, April 18, at Avis United Methodist Church, 215 Prospect Ave., Avis, Pa. Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m., with the funeral service following, beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will be at the Jersey Shore Cemetery.

MONKS — Elzner Claire Monks, 83, of Jersey Shore, Pa., died Jan. 30, 2026. Elzner loved a good party, and the family will be having a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 25, from 12-4 p.m., at the Moose in Jersey Shore. In his honor, the family will be having Karaoke.

ECKMAN — Andrew L. “Andy” Eckman, 66, of Jersey Shore, died April 15, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25, at 2 p.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.

STROUSE — Millie Strouse, 74, of Monument, died Feb. 16, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, at the Friendship Community Center, 127 Main St., Beech Creek. All family and friends are welcome.
