Gary Nyman

Gary Nyman

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Nyman, of Mill Hall, a beloved husband, father and friend. He passed peacefully at home with his devoted wife, Tammy, and faithful dog, Montana, by his side.

Gary was a hardworking man who spent much of his life as a cattle hauler and truck driver, a profession he took great pride in. Outside of work, he found great joy in hunting and spending time outdoors.

He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Nyman; two daughters, Michelle Merryman and Melissa Nyman; two step-daughters, Stephanie and Brittany Collins; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Bonnie Weaver, Paula Burnel, Denise Shearer and Wendy Nihart. He also leaves behind his brother and best friend, Randy Nyman; and several "you're the son I never had."

Per Gary's wishes, there will be no services. He would like everyone to remember the good times they had together.

Those who wish to honor Gary may make a memorial donation to Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Lock Haven, PA 17745, to assist with his expenses.
