Morgan W. ‘Mo-Jo’ Shade, Jr.

Morgan W. “Mo-Jo” Shade, Jr., a former resident of Lock Haven, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Lock Haven Rehab & Senior Living.

Born Jan. 27, 1949, in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Morgan W. Shade, Sr. and Sarah (Kinley) Shade.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, taking walks and adored his nieces and nephews.

Surviving are two brothers; Richard Shade and Daniel Shade, both of Lock Haven, and two sisters; Lulu Belle Kline of Flemington and Betty J. Shade of Lock Haven and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four brothers; Ed, Steve, Tom and Butch and a sister, Liza Dauberman.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 3-4 p.m. at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
