Paula Dake

Paula R. Dake, 58, of Williamsport, departed this Earth unexpectedly on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in North Bend, Pa.

Paula was born Nov. 19, 1967, in Williamsport, the eldest daughter of Harrison “Harry” and Rita (D’Alena) Dake, of Williamsport.

She was a 1985 graduate of Williamsport High School.

Paula was employed by Shop-Vac/SK Tool for 25 years. Prior to that, she worked at Wundies until they closed.

Paula was a devoted, loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and girlfriend.

Surviving are her parents; her longtime significant other, Shawn Fantaskey, of North Bend; her son, Brian (Kristen) Hauser; and a daughter, Tera Hauser, both of South Williamsport; two step-sons, Ryan (Sara) Fantaskey, of Harrisburg, and Nick (Brenna) Fantaskey, of Renovo; three grandchildren, Kanyon, Lilly and Liberty; and two sisters, Tammie (Steven) Dake, of South Williamsport, and Michelle Hauser, of Williamsport. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Paula was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Celebration of Life service will be hosted by the family at a later date.
