Richard A. Sigmund

RICHARD SIGMUND

Richard A. Sigmund, long time resident of Woolrich, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026, in Phoenix, Ariz. He was 67.

Born in Lock Haven, Pa., on May 16, 1958, to Richard H. and Catherine I. Sigmund, of Woolrich, he graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1976. He left to attend college in Sitka, Alaska, where he received his BS.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother-in-law, Dr. James Dolan, of Mill Hall, Pa.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Sigmund, of Dewey, Ariz.; his sisters, Kelly Dolan, of Philadelphia, and Maribeth (Steve) Condo, of Wexford; his nieces, Avery Condo and, Reagan Condo; a nephew, Timothy Dolan; and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.

Arrangements will be private by the family.
