Annette M. (Woodhull) Russo

Annette M. (Woodhull) Russo, 57, of Howard, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born May 21, 1968 in Phillipsburg, N.J., she was the daughter of John and Maryann (Sargent) Woodhull, of Frenchtown, N.J.

She was married on Sept. 29, 1990 to Andrew D. “Andy” Russo. They celebrated 36 years of marriage together.

Annette worked as a daycare assistant for In God’s Hands Daycare at the Blanchard Church of Christ.

She enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, collecting rooster ornaments, antiques, tending her flower gardens and especially sunflowers.

Annette attended the Blanchard Church of Christ and the Howard United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her parents and loving husband, Andy; a son, Adam D. Russo, of Howard; and a daughter, Amanda M. (Dennis) McGill, of Avis; one brother, Duane Woodhull, of Phillipsburg, N.J., and two sisters, Denise Rusnak, of Effort, and Tammy Yeakel, of Whitehall.

The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with Wally Kocher, associate pastor at Blanchard Church of Christ, officiating.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 12:30 ­ 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel.

Burial will follow at Schencks Cemetery, Howard.
