SMITH — Jeffrey “Jeff” Craig Smith, 67, of Howard, died May 5, 2026. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. at Faith Chapel United Methodist Church, 551 Hunter Run Rd, Howard, Pa.

DRAKE — Ronald L. Drake, Sr., 78, of Lock Haven, died May 6, 2026. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut Street, Lock Haven, with Rev. Father Joseph Orr officiating. Interment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Lock Haven.

CULVEY — Earl V. Culvey, Jr., 67, of Flemington, Pa., died May 5, 2026. A gathering for Earl’s friends and family will be held at Gedon Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC., 121 W. Main St. Lock Haven PA, 17745 on Wednesday, May 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

DAVIDSON — Grant Davidson, 96, of Jersey Shore, died May 6, 2026. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 6­8 p.m. at Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny Street, Jersey Shore, Pa.

SCHARDER — Carl “Neil” Scharder, 83, of Lock Haven, died March 6, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Scharder Farm in Caldwell on May 16, from 1-5 p.m. Please share a story and a beverage with the family. The dress code is casual.

BOWMAN — Catherine M. “Kate” Bowman, 68, of Mill Hall, died April 19, 2026. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16, from 1-3 p.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.

CAMPBELL — Patricia L. (Stewart) Campbell, 68, of Renovo, died April 19, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the 7th Street United Methodist Church, 127 7th St., Renovo, with Martha Sykes officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the church one-hour prior to the service. Interment will be private at North Bend Cemetery.

GARLIN — Robert E. Garlin, 81, of Lock Haven, Pa., died April 27, 2026. A memorial service for Robert E. Garlin will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Dillsburg Brethren in Christ Church, 18 E. Harrisburg St., Dillsburg Pa. Family and friends will be received at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

GAVLOCK — Aline Proctor Gavlock, 97, of Renovo, died May 6, 2026. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 24, at 1 p.m., at New Maple Grove Cemetery on Kettle Creek, 191 Maple Grove Road, Renovo, Pa. A reception will follow at the Cross Fork Fire Hall.

KYLE — Sandra E. Kyle, 79, of Jersey Shore, died May 4, 2026. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m., at Crossroads Church, 1454 PA 44, Jersey Shore, followed by a memorial service beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the church. She will be laid to rest at a later date beside her husband in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.
