Robin Elizabeth Donley
Robin Elizabeth Donley
Robin Elizabeth Donley, born March 6, 1960, at Lock Haven Hospital, entered into eternal rest on May 20, 2026, after a sudden, unexpected health crisis and short stay at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Robin was a beautiful, selfless, irreplaceable woman who centered her entire life around her family. Words cannot begin to express how important she was to her family. From being a single mom participating in every “boy” sport known in our area to fully participating in all angles beyond just attending all her grandkids and great-grandkids sports ventures, Robin was active in everyone’s daily life. She still babysat her great-grandkids daily.
Her selfless nature never wavered. Even in her career path, she always helped and cared for others. Throughout the years, she served as a case manager for local homeless residents, a direct care professional for handicapped individuals and, in her younger years, as the Color Guard Instructor for BEN High School and as a beautician.
Robin graduated from Lock Haven High School and attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lock Haven.
She is survived by her son, Jeremiah Donley (Christina); five grandkids, Miahleigh, Essence, Zaine, Aaren and Aleah; and six great-grandkids, Axel, Sophia, Kayson, Ava, James and Bella. Also surviving are her siblings, Rose Marie, Jim, Kevin, Steve and Megan and her birth sister, Wanda Lapp, whom she was reunited with later in life; and foster siblings, Mike and Rose Ann Rupert.
She was preceded in death by her firstborn son, Brandon Donley; parents, Michael and Margaret Donovan; and brothers, Michael and Danny Donovan.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, with Rev. Father Joseph Orr officiating.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 6 until 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions in Robin’s name may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
