Rick Osborne
Rick Osborne
Frederick Allan Osborne was born in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. The quiet solitude of New England taught him to be self-sufficient and reflective at an early age.
He was preceded in death by his parents, G. Donald and Evelyn Osborne, two brothers and three sisters.
In 1966, he joined Woolrich, Inc. He was responsible for all phases of fabric manufacturing from raw materials to finished fabric for clothing and blankets. Operations included dying, blending, carding, spinning, weaving and finishing. He retired after 46 years of service as Vice President of Woolen Mill.
In 1976, he married Tonya Williamson. He had three sons, Eric, of Chesapeake, Va., Aron, of Orlando, Fla., and Daniel, of Lock Haven. The joy of his life was sharing time with his grandchildren, Robert, Roxanne, Paige, Bennett, Elle, Anna, Stiles and Avery.
