Donna R. Gallagher, 90, of Flemington, passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026 at Gatehouse Hospice, Williamsport.
Born April 16, 1936 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late James and Evelyn C. Agar Leone.
Donna was a 1954 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On Nov. 14, 1953 she married James R. Gallagher, who preceded her death on May 5, 2014.
Donna was a longtime and loyal employee of Centre Concrete Company, serving as an Office Clerk from 1972 until her retirement in 2003.
She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish and attended St. Agnes Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Red Hats, Lock Haven Senior Circle, Bald Eagle Pistol Club and the Cosmopolitan Club.
Donna is survived by her four children, Christopher James (Amy) Gallagher, of Lock Haven, Teri Marie Laird, of Danville, Vicky Ann (Bill) Penton, of West Renovo and Kimberly Rae Gallagher, of Danville; a brother, James R. (Carleen) Leone, of Lock Haven; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 at 11 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 W. Walnut St., Lock Haven, PA 17745. Graveside services will follow at Jersey Shore Cemetery, Jersey Shore.
A time of viewing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026 from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County SPCA or Holy Spirit Catholic Parish.
