Edgar C. Royer, 71, of Lock Haven, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, at UPMC Williamsport.
Born Feb. 20, 1955, in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Jacob, Jr. and Evelyn (Leigey) Royer.
Edgar was a 1973 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
He was employed at Walmart and then First Quality, retiring in 2017.
Surviving are his children, Jennifer (William) McConnell, of Waterville, and Corey (Jen) Royer, of Alaska; his brothers, Wayne Royer and Jake Royer, III, both of Lock Haven; a granddaughter, Carli McConnell; and the mother of his children, Gale Baker, of Palmetto, Fla.
Private interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Loganton, Pa., at the convenience of his family.
Arrangements are under the direction of Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa.
