GALLAGHER -- Donna R. Gallagher, 90, of Flemington, died Sept. 24, 2026. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 1, from 5-7 p.m., at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, at 11 a.m., at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 W. Walnut St., Lock Haven. Graveside services will follow at Jersey Shore Cemetery, Jersey Shore, Pa.
KINLEY -- Dallas Williamson Kinley, Jr., 86, of Mill Hall, affectionately known as "Butch," died Sept. 25, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, at 1 p.m., in the Dunnstown United Methodist Church, 59 Church St., Lock Haven. Family and friends will be received at the church from noon until the time of the service. Burial with military honors will follow in the Dunnstown Cemetery.
LONG -- Kelly Marie (Stout) Long died Aug. 9, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sunset Memorial Church in Tamarack, Pa., on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 10 a.m. A tea party luncheon will follow. The immediate family will then take her ashes to the Valentine Cemetery that overlooks the Kettle Creek Valley.
GREEN -- Sharon J. (Keeler) Green, 78, died Sept. 8, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 2 p.m., at Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, Jersey Shore, Pa. Visitation will take place from 1-2 p.m.
DOTTERER -- Paul A. Dotterer, 99, of Mill Hall, died Sept. 8. 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held on Oct. 10, at approximately 12:30 p.m., behind the Farmer's Dotterer Store on Route 64, 6102 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall. There will be a tractor parade departing at 10 a.m. from the Farmer's Dotterer Store.
DOBERSTEIN -- Susan Jane (Hoberman) Doberstein, 78, of Lock Haven, died Aug. 29, 2026. Interment will take place at Beth Yehuda Cemetery, with an unveiling ceremony to coincide with the re-dedication of Hoberman Park.
RINKER -- Emery W. Rinker, 77, of Lock Haven, died Sept. 20, 2026. A military graveside service will be held at a later date for family and friends.
PETTINGILL -- Elizabeth Mae Ferrara Pettingill, 88, or Erie, Colo., died Sept. 11, 2026.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 2:30 p.m., at the Erie Recreation Center Community Room, 450 Powers St., in Erie, Colo.
