Diane T. Heltman, 82, daughter of the late Doyle Jr. and Ruth (Wagner) Toner, born in Lock Haven on March 7, 1944. She passed away peacefully at her residence in Loganton on Friday, Oct. 8, 2026.
She is survived by her children, Lori A. (Wayne) Ingram, of Mill Hall, and Steven C. (Peggy) Heltman, of Lamar. Also surviving are 5 siblings, George Toner, Timothy Toner, Jay Toner, Nancy (Slegle) Toner and Rober Toner; 6 grandchildren, Brandon Ingram, Cassandra Newcomer, Joseph Moyer Jr., Samantha Heltman, Haley Schell and Daniel Lose; and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Ingram.
Diane graduated from the class of 1962 from Bald Eagle Nittany High School in Mill Hall. She was employed and retired from Shop Vac in Williamsport.
Diane enjoyed the simple things in life such as spending quality time with family, playing games, gambling and crafting stuff animals.
A visitation will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct 12, 2026 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. at Welker Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald E. Grant will officiate.
