Janet M. (Runkle) Donahay, 72, of Lock Haven, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, at The Gatehouse, Williamsport, Pa.
She was born on July 16, 1954, in Williamsport, and was the daughter of the late Floyd and Katherine Runkle.
Janet was a graduate of Williamsport High School, Class of 1973. She went on to work for First Quality in McElhattan as a packer for over 20 years.
She formerly attended First Church of Christ in Lock Haven.
She enjoyed sewing, the Pittsburgh Steelers and her pet dog, Wattson. She was an avid Bingo player.
Janet is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; John A. and Jessica Kenyon, of Hughesville; a daughter, Cynthia C. Hamm, of Lock Haven; and four grandchildren, Mercedes, Owen, Paige and Jaxson.
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by a brother, John Confer.
A Celebration of Life service has been scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026, at the Piper Museum on the 3rd floor, 1 Piper Way, Lock Haven, Pa. The Piper Museum is handicapped accessible.
