Louise E. Smith Kramer, 91, formerly of Mackeyville, died on Feb. 26, 2025, in Easton, where she had lived with one of her sisters in a memory care facility for the past three years. Born June 24, 1933, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Merril and Linnie (Bechdel) Smith. In 1944, the family moved to a farm near Mackeyville.
