Julie Foley, 61, of Enola, passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024, at Community Care & Hospice, Mount Joy. Born Dec. 26, 2024 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of John Foley, of Lock Haven, and the late Eleanor (Kelley) Foley. Julie was a 1981 graduate of Lock Haven High School. For 38 years, she was employed as a Legislative Assistant and Executive Secretary for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, retiring from her work in the Capitol in 2019.
