Thomas G. Welshans, 75, passed away on Sept. 8, 2024 at UPMC in Carlisle. Thomas was born Monday, April 25, 1949, in Lock Haven, Pa., to Hillaire and Kathryn (Frank) Welshans. Thomas was a 1967 graduate of Sugar Valley High School. He furthered his education at Williamsport Community College and graduated in 1969.
