Theodore “Ted” J. Ranio, 88, of Bellefonte, passed away Friday, Aug. 30, 2024, at home. Friends will be received on Friday, Sept. 6, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the time of the memorial service at First Baptist Church, 539 Jacksonville Road, Bellefonte, with Pastor Greg Shipe officiating.
