Joyce A. Terry Bower, 84, of Lamar, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living. Born May 13, 1940 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late John Terry and Alice Brown Fischer. Joyce was a member of Mt. Bethel United Church of Christ, Lamar. She loved the Clinton County Fair where she and her companion, Nevin Courter, enjoyed serving food from their food truck. Joyce also liked attending auctions.
