Jo Anne K. Hoberman, 78, of Lock Haven, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Haven Place, Lock Haven. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., on May 21, 1946 to Dr. Paul and Bernice Reichman Kessler. Jo Anne was a graduate of Haverford High School. After graduation from high school, JoAnne attended the University of Pennsylvania, in Dental Hygiene, which she graduated from in May, 1965. She continued her education at Temple University from which she graduated with a B.S. in Education in 1967.
