Timothy E. Welch, 85, of Blanchard, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Born on April 23, 1941, Tim was the son of the late Marjorie (Gardner) Welch and Raymond Welch and was also lovingly raised by his stepfather, Milford Gardner. He is survived by his daughter, Jamie Welch, of North Carolina; his sister, Donna Thomas and her husband, Gary, of New Jersey; his significant other, Corinthia Brungard; and many nieces and nephews.
