Fronie I. (Mesmer) Wagner, 98, of Mill Hall, passed away on March 26, 2026 at Haven Place Rehabilitation and Senior Living in Lock Haven. Fronie was born on Jan. 27, 1928 in Loganton to the late Elmer C. and Lulu (Snook) Mesmer. On July 24, 1948 she married Charles C. Wagner and they spent 59 years together until his passing on May 1, 2007.
