Joyce Marie Mowery

Joyce Marie Mowery, 91, of State College, Pa., formerly of Lock Haven, passed away on March 23, 2026, at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. Joyce was born in Shamokin, Pa., to parents Joseph and Clara (Topolski) Grincavage on Feb. 19, 1935. She went to Coal Township High School and graduated in 1952. She then graduated from Beauty School with a beautician and teacher’s license. She worked as a hairdresser in Shamokin, Williamsport and for many years in Lock Haven.
