Richard (Dick) Bailey, Sr.

Richard (Dick) Bailey, Sr., 82, of Carroll Mt., passed away Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Williamsport Home with his loving family by his side. He was a resident there for one week. Richard was born in Jersey Shore, Pa., on Dec. 16, 1943, the son of the late Walter and Betty Smith Bailey Kelly and the stepson of the late John Kelly. On Sept. 11, 1965 he married Marcella Deitrick Bailey who survives at home, after sharing 60 years of marriage.
